5G - Configuration over NETCONF

Description

The Configuration over NETCONF method allows to send configurations to NODE over netconf. It uses TLS to make connection. This use case is intended to be applicable for 5G base stations and other nodes which uses netconf.

How to Use

Set up certificate in SDNC using <https://docs.onap.org/projects/onap-sdnc-oam/en/latest/cert_installation.html>
